Writing this review after 5 months
Purchased this inverter for 8.5k
The inverter was dented from the bottom. But I decided to go with it thinking the bottom will not be visible anyway.
Pros –
1) it’s a pure sine wave inverter so equipments (like fans) don’t make any noise.
2) low voltage charging
3) it looks good
Cons –
1) It is very noisy while charging. Mine is installed in the staircase area so the noise doesn’t bother me much.
2) Display is not accurate. At least not for Changing time. Like it will show that the battery will be charged in 30 mins. But after 30 mins the timer will get to 00:00 but it will still keep on charging the battery for the next 1 and a half hr.
although it is not such a big deal still they should calibrate it properly
3) it is overpriced.

The product delivered with an issue, but once I called the brand technician, he solved that issue and made the product ready to use. Good service and excellent product.

Product has dents. When plugged in, the product display didn’t work. UPS was also not working. Seller is probably sending returned defective products. Sold by RetailEZ private limited.
Replacement inverter has warranty seal tampered. Product works however.

Luminous did not accept the tampered seal during warranty registration and advised to return the product. Beware of RetailEZ seller.
Moreover the display in this model is inaccurate. Even after full charge, inverter kept saying there’s 50 more minutes for charging.

Bought Luminous iCruze 3000+ to ensure continuity of power supply for life support medical equipments during power outages.
I think there is no better alternative than Luminous iCruze in its category for home usage. It looks and works great!
Would have been better if the company could provide installation service instead of letting the customer figure it out.
The saving grace in my case was that the distributor Mr. Pawan personally went beyond his comfort zone and helped me as best as he could and got the installation done, but then I experienced the after sales service inadequacy firsthand.
If anything needs improvement, it is the attitude and promptness of the service engineers who need to be trained treat customers with more responsibility.
No doubt the equipment and the distributor network is good, but there is scope for improvement in the post sales services.
